[geomoose-psc] "A Round of Design"

We could do a call for donations towards matching funds (couldn't hurt?)

Also, not to change topics, but adding Time support could be a great GSOC
project for the right participant. It can be described as a discrete,
tangible task a GSOC student could tackle and make progress on, with
initial goals, stretch goals, etc. Could be something we propose for for
the 2023 GSOC round. Do we think that is a project we would be
well-positioned to host? Even simply prepping to host would be a good
incentive to bring our developer and user docs up to snuff...

Google also has their "Season of Docs" program in the fall [1], maybe that
could be a useful program to look into? (I don't understand it as well as
the GSOC program, but maybe it is relevant?).

/end tangent
