[geomoose-psc] New "Super Search" Example

Hey folks,

I put this PR together over the weekend:

It was something that was requested. It provides a substantially more
traditional way of searching a dataset. ORs, ANDs, and choosing the
operator all make a (re)appearance.  I put some open questions in the PR
about how we might want to include this. Would love any opinions to help
unblock my thinking on it.
