[geomoose-psc] Issues from last PSC meeting

1. EPSG:4326 issues. Can someone point me at a good test case for this? My
local tests were working fine for display and search but I'm willing to
accept I'm missing something.

2. Results display: https://github.com/geomoose/gm3/pull/820 -- Images are
included this is a first cut would love any feedback.
