[geomoose-psc] GeoMoose demo server

It does raise a good point though.  It will likely look broken for other
people who frequent demo.geomoose.org.

Is there something we should be doing on the web server (ETAG) or in
GeoMoose to prevent browsers over-caching the mapbook?
