I'm a little unclear about what the duties entail as well. Is it purely a liaison to OSGeo, or ?? I can't seem to find a list of these project officers anywhere (easily)<br>

I believe that the Incubation Committee will need to amend/pass<br>

determine a project officer and get that to the Incubation<br>
