Unfortunately there has been more turmoil on the Freenode network of IRC <br>
(all servers, channels and accounts were reset a few days ago), so, I <br>
believe we must move to the new community-hosted IRC network, <br>
irc.libera.chat (which is indeed very stable). I had setup the <br>
#geomoose channel there as backup earlier, and Jim & I had chatted there <br>
after the last meeting.<br>

There is also a webchat option (connect directly through your browser) <br>

Background: I was hesitant to push the final red button on Freenode, as <br>
sometimes it's best to let the dust settle before making any further <br>
decisions. But, in this case the dust is still being stirred ha, so we <br>
must make the move.<br>

I hope we can move tomorrow's PSC meeting to this network, which should <br>
be a smooth transition for everyone.<br>
