That was it...

Printing stops working if you install the new 2.5.2 version of Python...

Already ran through the install and config so that was done....just the
version of python that was messing things up

Download python 2.5.1. not 2.5.2 or anything like that. then follow
these steps:

http://www.geomoose.org/moose/documentation/how-tos/how-to-install-and-c
onfigure-the-geomoose-print-service-with-the-ms4w-package

Moving certain files was the part  I had overlooked. If you can't find
them, run a search for them in the ms4w folder and sub folders and
they should come up. Let me know if this doesn't work.
