[Geomoose-users] assign start up extent for map outside of configuration files?

Can we assign a startup extent that is outside of the configuration files?

For example have a link to
http://geomoose.lyonco.org/thismap.html?minX=1maxX=3.....

 

The purpose of this would be to allow other programs, and websites to open up
to different extents within a common map.
