184 is the process ID, apache looks to be listening in on port 80 (the http port).

That works…..this is what
I have.. I am trying to run this and I am not getting anywhere….I have
apache installed on my local computer….

take that back,

netstat -a -b

And look for Apache's Process ID.The Process ID can be found in the Task
Manager. It may be listed as "httpd.exe"
