[Geomoose-users] new user

[Thirty Lakes Watershed]

Hello,

 

Would someone help me get started with GeoMOOSE?  I have GeoMOOSE version
1.2 installed. I would like to have it running for the public to view and
use. I need help with that, and with adding a parcel layer with a database. 

I am very new to this whole area.
