[Geomoose-users] Problem with the Encoding(character set) of the select results

This is something other folks have had an issue with too.  If anyone has come up with a complete solution PLEASE post it?

Any chance you can use Firebug to determine the character encoding mapserver is returning?

Hi All,
 
I'm facing a problem in the display of the query by 
select results in the right frame under Information tab.
 
The problem is that my database has arabic characters, 
and these arabic characters appear as symbols in the results 
(identify.html).
I tried to set the encoding of this html file but it 
failed also.
