Did you run the setenv.bat batch file before running apache-restart?

By the time the post got out to everyone, I did the one thing I should have
tried from the start, reboot the server.  Thanks for taking the time to

Subject: [Geomoose-users] Data not displaying

I am having an issue with my data not displaying.  My entire site comes up
just fine and it appears that the map window is registering location (I
moved the cursor around and it is tracking coordinates).  I have tried an
Apache restart, as well as an uninstall and install.  Neither process seems
to have made any difference.  If anyone has a clue what else I should check,
please let me know.
