[Geomoose-users] Moving map elements (GM 2)

I would like to move my map catalog from the right of the screen to the
left; can anyone point me to documentation on how to accomplish this?
(Or if none exists, a quick "talk through"?)  I would also like to move
my "zoom to:" drop down around, but I have no idea how difficult or easy
this might be. 

Please advise.
