[Geomoose-users] Can't see parcel labels

The map-source order is the order in which things are drawn.  You may need to double check the browser was not caching the mapbook.

I can’t see my parcel labels because of I have a buildings layer overlapping them.  I would like to have the parcel layer on top of the building.  I have tried to reposition the parcel layer in the map source and in the layer catalog but nothing helps.  What controls which levels the layers are drawn on (MapSource or Layer Catalog)?
