Check that the template file has this as the first line:

GM2.2 has a newer version of MapServer which requires that all templates to start with this tag.

I have been working on updating to 2.2, but I am having problems getting the itemquery to work.  The search seems to function just fine, i.e., it is finding what I search for, zooming to it, and selecting it, but it is not displaying the results in the information tab.  The County demo on the geomoose.org site also seems to be having the same problem.  Any thoughts or direction on how to fix this?
