Hi Dan,
first of all thank you very much.

I have just download GeoMOOSE 2.4RC1 for MS4W, and when I use Identify
button above parcels I have:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ms_shapeObjFromWkt() in
C:\ms4w\apps\geomoose2\htdocs\php\identify.php on line 83
