[Geomoose-users] The 2.4 Release Candidate 1 and Your Input

I can't seem to find a 2.3.1 installation around here to test on.  I upgraded 
things to 3.0 in order to use a newer MS4W for testing.

The error originates from MapServer not being compiled with GEOS and not being 
able to generate WKT.  Not sure why it's not finding that function.
