Dear Dan

Yes dan i can. it is not correctly overlaid . i Used Kandawala Projected shp
file.
i have attach my ( Shp, Map & Mapbook ) data file with this. can you please
tell me what i want to do next. 

and here are the projection details.
EPSG:4244
Kandawala
