[Geomoose-users] Printing Problem - Empty Template

I'm new to Geomoose and have a limited understanding of how everything works. 
I set everything up on the localhost on my machine and it works good.  When
I set it up on a server everything seems to work fine except that when
printing a map it creates an empty pdf template without the map image.  It
also creates both the html and jpeg but they are blank as well.  

I looked at this thread, but it didn't resolve the problem.
