I'm frustrated of doing this. Can any one help me to do this 
 I need to *Overlay Google layer With my WMS shp Layer (Kandawala
projected)*    

Used Kandawala Projection

EPSG:4244
Kandawala 

    WGS84 Bounds: 79.6000, 5.8500, 81.9500, 9.9200
    Projected Bounds: 79.5978, 5.8496, 81.9481, 9.9199
    Scope: Geodetic survey.
    Last Revised: 2004-01-06
    Area: Sri Lanka - onshore
