[Geomoose-users] zoom to parcel on load

Houston did this for us as part of the 2.4 Oregon release.  We will be
re-creating this as part of our migration that will builds on the 2.6
release. Unfortunately, most of our resources are aimed at getting dojo
working with a table/grid for viewing attributes of selected features and
expanding the sketch tools.  My hope is to get to this sometime in late
winter.
