[Geomoose-users] GeoMoose/service interaction?

Hello,

I am having a bit of trouble fully understanding the way that geomoose 
interacts with services. I understand all of the mapbook parameters, 
however I was hoping someone could she a little light on how output 
printed from the services is directed to the proper tab in the side pane?

I created my own version of the query parcels service that comes 
packaged and it is working fine in the standard way where user input is 
entered in a side tab and then output prints in another tab. I created 
my own query service both because of some specific ways that I need to 
handle the data (parcels for about 50 counties in Michigan) and because 
I was having trouble getting the original parcel query service to work 
in my environment. (Mapserver 6.0.1 and php 5.3.8)

However, I would like to use a popup, lightbox style form to get the 
user input for the search parcel feature. This is for both aesthetic, 
and practical reasons as I need a high number of input options which I 
don't want to clutter up the mapbook. After the user enters the proper 
query criteria however, I would like the query output to be shown in a 
geomoose tab.

I was wondering if anyone has accomplished something similar or if 
anyone has any suggestions as to how I might do this?
