Doh!

If you are publishing your meeting minuets you are doing fine.
Publishing IRC logs are for groups to lazy to write up minuets (i.e. most things I work on).

I really gotta figure out how to ask teams to stick with what they are doing now - it would make incubation go so much quicker.
