[Geomoose-users] Fade/unfade controls on by default?

Is it possible to have the layer's fade and unfade controls visible by
default?  I know we can have legend data visible by setting
show-legend="true".  But a user still needs to click the layer name to
display the fade/unfade controls.  Can we have these display
automatically, and if so, how?  GeoMoose 2.2, Oregon variant.
