I am not sure when this changed, but older mapserver versions didn't forward those requests to the upstream WMS server.  I know MapServer 6.2.0 does forward these requests, but don't remember when that change happened.

In a previous post, I mentioned I was having problems with the print tool timing out with WMS layers.  I found a workaround- consume the WMS as a MapServer service, use that MapServer service in GeoMoose.  That takes care of the printing problem.  But now, I find those layers don’t have their legends in the TOC.  My mapfile does have "wms_enable_request"    "GetLegendGraphic" in the metadata, but I’m not seeing a legend graphic anywhere.  I’m on GM 2.6.1, Mapserver 6.0.2, Mapscript 6.1.
