[Geomoose-users] Service/Tool to return currently selected layers

See the GeoMOOOSE API in htdocs/geomoose/geomoose.js.

You can get the which map-source layers (i.e. paths) that are currently visible with GeoMOOSE.getVisibleLayers().  The catalog layers are harder.
