We don't currently have a way to do that.

I bet we could repurpose to the ArcGIS rest cache code to make this work with any ole XYZ layer.

Subject: [Geomoose-users] Questions about printing from a local tiled cache

Hi all,

Since Bob was recently asking printing related questions, I have one of my own:

I have a local cache built from a local WMS and I'm wondering about how I can include this as a background layer in my printing set up.

I assume that printing from the cache directly is not supported, but does anyone have an example where when a cache is being displayed the printing falls back and uses the underlying WMS for the print job?

I have one idea on how to do this but it is a bit clunky, so looking for more ideas before I go down a convoluted path...

Tanya
