[Geomoose-users] Creating of .map for Geomoose

Hi Caitlin

There was a Mapserver cartography presentation at FOSS4G in Portland that
mentioned a GUI tool for Windows called Mapserver MapManager from
GISInternals.The presenter said nice things about it. I have not tried it
myself but it looks very comprehensive :

Also I second Eli's recommendation to navigate the MapServer Mapfile
documentation itself - it's really great.

You can get plugins for Editors like NotePad++ that do Syntax highlighting
for Mapfiles. Here's one repo (there are many):
