[Geomoose-users] iPad and Google Layers

It's definitely only Google layers - behavior is fine with base maps from
Mapbox, ESRI, MapQuest, Stamen etc.

Tested in Chrome on an iPad, would be good if someone with an Android
tablet (Eli?) could test as well...
