[Geomoose-users] Drawing Tools in 2.8.1

Hi Everyone,

 

I am working on upgrading the Village of Bellevue's GeoMoose 2.6.1 to 2.8.1
and I noticed that the drawing tools are in the catalog view.  The default
drop down tool bar is no longer working.  Is there a way to keep the drop
down tool bar without putting in the catalog view? And how?
