[Geomoose-users] TypeError: GeoMOOSE.Layout is undefined

GeoMOOSE's code base will not work with Dojo versions newer than 1.7 and
that's sorta borderline.  Dojo went through a major change in 1.6 and we
would need to make some major changes to the code base in order to make it
work with newer versions.  It's on the Roadmap for 3.0.
