[Geomoose-users] Identify with a https WMS source

Eli,

   And the mapcache doc claims that when using it to generate TMS tiles 
from mapserver it will pass GetFeatureInfo requests (Geomoose 
"Identify") along to mapserver.  So I'm hacking identify.php to wotk on 
TMS map-sources to test that....
