All,

I’m not so poisitive that this needs to be handed off to OSGeo. I think it’s a voluntary thing. OSGeo gets to keep copyright on on the LiveDVD GeoMOOSE related stuff though, from what I understand At the Very least, I would suggest adding OSGeo to the end of the list.

It might also be a good time to update the LICENSE.txt file, to include the changes since OSGeo incubation (see example inside https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/blob/branch-7-0/README). So it could be updated to:

Copyright (c) 2013-2017 Open Source Geospatial Foundation
 Copyright (c) 2009-2013 Dan "Ducky" Little & GeoMOOSE.org<http://geomoose.org/>

I know, everyone was expecting 2.9.1, but this is even better, it is 2.9.2.

There are no new features, but a few bug fixes compared to 2.9.0 in this
release:

# Add missing OSM attribution.
# Update commercial datasets in demo.
# Fix for unselectable tools.
# Fix for ResultsAsGrid extension with multiple data sources.
# Remove group_checkboxes parameter from demo (It hasn't worked for a few
releases now).
# Fixes for GeoPDF output.

As always, it is available for download here:
