[GeoMoose-users] visible changes relationship with dist folder

Hello,

In the dist folder there's a minified javascript file that's built by
combining the other files into a single smaller file. I'm not an expert on
the technical details, but see some documentation on how to do that on
windows here:
https://docs.geomoose.org/3.x/quickstarts/develop-on-windows.html

If you're making any changes to any of the source code - generally things
that are in the src folder (rather than just making configuration
changes), you need to make the changes, and then rebuild the minified
javascript files.
