file with mapserver with html. Take a look at \ms4w\apps\GeoMOOSE\maps_statedemo\usgs\identify_sites.html
query template file in the state demo folder. There is an example of a
hyperlink in the identify results for the USGS gaging station layer in the
state demo app.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
