be possible to edit the different select files so that when you clicked on a
parcel using the buffer instead of just having parcels in the dropdown you
could have parcel_owner and parcel_resident. Then when it uses the
select.map file you have two different layers; one is called ParcelOwner the
other ParcelResident and those layers have a their own custom template which
either had the owner data or resident data.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

would be to customize the mailing labels php script with your own logic.
Unfortunately there would be no other way to handle all the other logic people
