panning option in GM. When panning at the same zoom, it would probably be easily
solved by creating a larger Mapserver output. The quality of the generated
map that is shown immediately after the move or zoom could be lower and
then regenerated (like when zooming in with the mouse scroller).</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Those white spaces when you move out of the current
extents do not look very "user friendly" ;) and the "Creating map" message
could be more invisible, so that you can look at the map all the time. This text
should remain, but just for info and not as the main "output" of GM.
