I have tried you suggestion but I think you suspicion is rather true. The website is hosted on a shared server so I guess I will not be able to print! Any other suggestions- can I ask the host what the real IP address is instead of the disguised ip infront of the firewall?<BR>

That is, if from the server you ping <A href="http://www.myghanasearch.com/">www.myghanasearch.com</A>, it should resolve to the IP address of the server itself (not the IP address on the outside of the firewall). This gets a little trickier if your site is on a hosted server behind a firewall with multiple sites on the server. Hopefully this is not the case and it will work with the steps above.</SPAN></P>
