<br> -write_absolute_path<br><br>option in gdaltindex to make sure that the photos are able to be found by mapserver. Also make sure you are specifying the correct name in your LAYER definition for the shapefile field that contains the path to the images<br>

was that I was using GIF output. To solve that problem I switched to JPEG
output with RGB in the mapfile. Now the aerials display perfectly.</span></font></p>
