Sounds like a permissions problem with Windows/IIS. Is IIS v6 or
v7? From my notes on IIS 6 you need to: <br>
<br>
1. Create virtual directories in IIS<br>
2. Set write permissions on on the ms_tmp folder<br>
3. Set the IIS Web Service Extensions to allow .php and Mapserver
CGI.<br>
<br>
But I don't think any of that covers the problem you've described.
Is the mapserver_url in your mapbook relative or absolute?<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">I just had a client install MS4W 3.0.1 and
GeoMoose 2.4 onto a Windows Server 2003 computer. They are
able to get the localhost webpage but when they try to access
the GeoMoose webpage they get a 403 Forbidden Error stating
"Website Declined to Show Page". The server has IIS and
Exchange installed. Does anybody have any idea what could be
causing this issue? The website will only be available
internally.<o:p></o:p></p>
