For example, there will be a water supply outage along Main Street because of water crews doing some type of work, the user would start up GeoMoose which has a point layer representing each customer and contact information, then the user would draw a polygon around the main street area, then GeoMoose would gather all the customers within the polygon and would spit out a file to some other phone hardware which would in turn start calling each customer with a prerecorded message.</div><div class="yiv665712187MsoNormal"> </div><div
