Yes, the version in trunk renders in IE 10 (the icons are now in
the right place!), but I haven't had a chance to step thru the
all the functions yet.

I'm struggling with Windows 8 as the GUI looks (and acts?) like
a cell phone interface: big blocky icons, assumes a touch
interface (but will allow my mouse). Gets me thinking about the
future of our current GeoMoose GUI layout...
[Geomoose-users] IE10

I installed Microsoft's Windows 8 Preview (due for
release end of Oct?) in VirtualBox, fired up Internet
Explorer 10, and pointed it at my GeoMoose 2.6
installation.

It rendered most of the interface (see attached png),
but not:
- the main map
- any icons (although the logo graphics are
rendered)
which may be CSS problems.

And in the IE10 console it complained that
<DOCTYPE html>
was missing.

Should I file one ticket or many?

It got me to thinking how nice it would be to have
virtual machines available remotely (in the "cloud"? on
my cloud?) to developers for testing...
