<p class="MsoNormal">Use the Identify tool, click on a feature, get result. So far, so good.

<p class="MsoNormal">Now use another tool, pan, zoom, etc. Identify window is still open (suggesting to users the tool is still active), but if you want to identify another feature, you need to click the tool again on the toolbar. This can be confusing to
users. Has anyone thought about this, and if so, what have you done as a workaround or remedy?<o:p></o:p></p>
