<p class="MsoNormal">The map window is displaying all gray (NOT pink), except for outlines of the counties.  I suggested that he try different browsers.  He did, but no luck (IE9, FireFox 18.0.1, Safari 5.1.7, Chrome).  This also occurred on two different computers
 (PC and laptop), and OS’s (Windows 7 and XP), that he has access to.  We have not been able to duplicate this problem, and his students have not experienced it either.
