<span style="font-size:8.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">We’ve done this on selected versions over the years. It was a capability that was present in earlier versions of GeoMoose. We have it working in our current version (0.98) of GeoMoose

<span style="font-size:8.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">There has always been some discussion on how best to implement this feature though. Our current installation has a toggling system on a layer by layer basis for turning the info
hover on/off for each layer, but there is a slight learning curve associated with using this method, as you need to describe how it works to your users, there is no easy way that I know of to explain it with contextual help for example.

<span style="font-size:8.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">Zoom into to couple of city block area, and then turn on the Address (STAMP) layer, then switch to thew Visible layer tab, The Address layer should be highlighted for activation
by a checkbox, just click it on, and the hover mode for that layer will be activated in the map.

<span style="font-size:8.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">

<span style="font-size:8.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">We have really been fortunate on our end to have had this functionality for the last 7 years or so in our GeoMoose installation, and are actively trying to plicate the capability
in the nerwer version Of GeoMoose at the moment, but I’ve been over-ruled on the use of Imagemaps, and the idea right now is to use AJAX and hover requests on the fly, which are not quite as responsive as the IMAGEMAP, since the info is downloaded on demand
instead of up front the way we do it now. Make sure you zoom in far enough to have the layer activate. The Street centerline layer is also configured for popups. The highlighting is scale threshold controlled, so you may need to zoom in further for the
Addresses vs the Street centerlines. You can click a NAV tool to get out of hover mode.

Example- hover mousr over a particular feature, see an attribute value of that feature.
