In geomoose.html, is the charset=ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8?<br>
<br>
0xE7 is correct in ISO-8859-1.<br>
<br>
IIRC I changed this to UTF-8 once but it got reverted because it broke<br>
something for some people deploying/editing files on Windows.<br>
