Not sure about Win7 and MS4W, but in the screenshot it isn't loading
a (valid) mapbook. Check the call to getmapbook.php and see if it
looks valid. My guess is a configuration issue or a PHP issue.<br>

in Windows 7. I have tested the application, map server and
php and are working but the map window and catalog are not
