We just dropped the tool from the UI a while ago. Feedback form many<br>
users is that it was confusing and mostly unnecessary. It was mostly<br>
designed for doing debugging demo layers when we were doing<br>
development.<br>

What's your specific problem? I know Bobb and JimK have layers that do<br>
tracking and they've written extensions to do automatically refreshing<br>
layers.<br>
