<p>GeoMoose uses MapServer's PHP-MapScript for certain functions such as querying layers. But if you're not using those functions, I also think MS4W would not be needed. I have not tried that, so maybe some of the experts have thoughts on that.</p>

<div>Im only using WMS/WFS layers from my own server (Geoserver), some Google layers and OSM.</div>

<div>Because im using Geoserver, i think in install MapServer and php mapscript only for comply with Geomoose requerimients but that can be a waste of resources.</div>
