The “Direct Links” was sort of trying to tell the story of a Standalone install mechanism.  Maybe too subtle though.  :c)

Welll.... sorta.  I think that greying them out and putting them there makes them subtle enough.

Technically "Services" should be it's own thing, with "PHP" under it.  And the Template Files under that.  Not sure what you're trying to get with "Direct Links" other than trying to configure the links bar.
